We limit outgoing email rates to 500 emails per hour on our cloud and reseller solutions to keep the mail queue from becoming clogged, to keep the server from being heavily loaded with email messages, and to prevent spam listings and realtime black listings that affect everybody on the server. Our email services are as reliable as they are due to the limitations we have put in place to protect the service for everybody.
Should you need to send more than 500 emails per hour a Virtual Private Server or Dedicated Server would be required.
For high-volume email users, we also recommend looking into alternative 3rd party email services such as Sendgrid or Mailgun.
