Our servers are monitored externally by Pingdom on a 1 minute check interval which means that if any server becomes inaccessible for more than just a couple of seconds it will generally be recorded.
Please keep in mind that we do monitor our servers internally as well as externally so that in most cases if there is an issue we will already be working on it before you can even submit a ticket.
