Some services that we offer are pro-rated to the first of the month such as our Elastic Reseller offerings.
If you order a service that is pro-rated before the 15th day of the month you will only be invoiced for the remaining time in the current month.
If you order a service that is pro-rated after the 15th day of a month you will be invoiced for the remaining time in the current month as well as the next full month.
We do understand that pro-rata billing may not be straightforward and our billing team is happy to answer any questions you may have.
