This process varies slightly depending on which version of JetBackup is running on your server.
Determining if you have JetBackup 4 or JetBackup 5.
First you will need to access your cPanel.
You will then look for the "JetBackup" feature within your cPanel.
JetBackup 4 will show up as "JetBackup":
