In the event that you do not remember what your username is for our client area we have a few pieces of advice that should help.
- The username for our client area and support system is an email address and will not be the same username used to access cPanel or WHM.
- The primary email address on an account will be where we send all correspondence by default. If you have received any service related emails such as invoices notifications, payment notifications, etc - these will go to the primary email address that is likely your username.
Should you be unable to identify what email address is on your account you can reach out to our billing department for assistance.
Please keep in mind that we take the security of client accounts very seriously and we may need to perform extensive verification to ensure you are who you claim to be and that your account is not falling victim to a social engineering attack.
Once you have identified the email address on file you may need to reset your client area password.
